MICHIGAN.-A high-speed rail project from Chicago to Detroit is moving along.
Michigan senators, Carl Levin and Debbie Stabenow say the Department of Transportation has approved a nearly $200 million Amtrak Passenger Rail Link.
That money will cover work between Kalamazoo in Western Michigan and a Detroit suburb.
