New wave of heat sweeping the nation

The nation is in the grip of heat, drought and wicked weather and right now we’re under attack from a new wave.

Fifteen states are under heat advisories and warnings. From Maryland to Minnesota, up to 61 percent of the country is dry as a bone.

The government announced its the worst since the 1950s.
