ELKHART, Ind. -- The Elkhart County Parks will be offering a Survival skills: Finding Kindling workshop from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 17 at the Baldwin One Room School House.

The program cost is free and open to all ages.

One of the first things you need, when it comes to fire making, is kindling. But, from spring and summer to fall and winter, kindling can look different. Ignite your curiosity with this deep dive into what fire kindling looks like throughout the seasons.
