NIPSCO to end Winter Payment Assistance program

NIPSCO will end its Winter Payment Assistance program Sunday.The service started in December in order to help customers with low incomes continue to have heat throughout the winter.
With the program ending, NIPSCO wants their customers to know they still have services available to help reduce their bills.
