SEBRING, Fla.-- A Marshall County native accused of fatally shooting five people in a Florida bank will be held without bond.
21-year-old Zephen Xaver made his first court appearance via a video call on Thursday morning around 8:30 a.m.
Police say Xaver shot and killed five people inside of a Sebring, Florida bank before surrendering to a S.W.A.T. team on Wednesday.
