PULASKI COUNTY, Ind.—No criminal charges will be filed against a Winamac Community Middle School principal previously accused of misconduct, according to the Eastern Pulaski Community School Corporation.

Winamac Community Middle School Principal Ryan Dickinson was placed on administrative leave in February after allegations of misconduct surfaced.

On Tuesday, Superintendent Dara Chezem said the allegations were unsubstantiated and no criminal charges will be filed against Dickinson.

The related Department of Child Services investigation has been closed, Chezem said.

Dickinson will return from administrative leave effective March 4.
