North and South Korean officials hold talks Sunday

North Korean and South Korean officials held their first government-level talks in two years on Sunday.
Officials met Sunday morning. An afternoon session is rumored.
Delegates are laying groundwork for Wednesday's higher-level ministerial meeting. That meeting will be the first of such talks in more than six years.
