North Judson – San Pierre schools go virtual January 24-28

NORTH JUDSON, Ind. – Students in North Judson – San Pierre Schools will switch to e-learning January 24-28 due to a high number of COVID-19-related absences.

North Judson – San Pierre is seeing an average absentee rate of 20% corporation-wide, the corporation reported in a letter to families.

School officials said they are waiting until Monday, instead of Friday, to begin virtual learning to give students and teachers time to prepare for e-learning assignments.

Lunches will be available each day from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the main entrance of the high school.

Only students or parents/guardians can collect lunches. Parents or guardians should give their child’s name and grade when picking up the meals.

More information will soon be released regarding Wi-Fi access as well as a plan for extracurriculars.

In-person classes will resume on January 31.
