Notre Dame & Michiana medical groups join together to fight cancer

University of Notre Dame's Harper Cancer Research Institution is partnering with both St. Joseph Regional Medical Center and Beacon Health System, the owners of South Bend's Memorial Hospital, to provide more personalized cancer treatment to local patients.
The institute says they will provide doctors with a molecular portrait of each patient.
With this, doctors can better treat patients on an individual basis.
