Notre Dame 'peeping Tom' gets probation and community service

ST. JOSEPH CO., Ind. -- A Notre Dame "peeping Tom" got four years probation on Thursday.

A judge sentenced 60-year-old Don Steinke to community service and counseling on Thursday morning.

He pleaded guilty in February to attempted voyeurism.

Steinke used to work in the Registrar's Office.

Police arrested him last March after a woman found a pen camera pointed at a toilet in a campus bathroom.
