Notre Dame vs Pittsburgh

In week 11 of college football, the Pittsburgh Panthers host No. 8 ranked Notre Dame who is currently 7-1 for the season. Notre Dame is also ranked No. 5 in the College Football Playoff Rankings for week 11.

The Panthers hold a close record so far at 6-2 but the Irish are looking for another win after they beat Temple 24-20 last week.

Notre Dame wins the toss and elects to receive the ball.

Just minutes into the first quarter, Kizer throws to Fuller for 47 yards and Notre Dame scores the first touchdown of the game putting them up 7-0 with 13:49 left in the first quarter.

Peterman will run it all the way down inside the 10 to help the Panthers out but end up going for the field goal attempt and it's good!

Pitt is now up 3 putting the score at 7-3 Notre Dame with just over two minutes left in the first.

C.J. Prosise is out with an undisclosed injury at the end of the first quarter, Josh Adams will take his place on the field.

Touchdown Irish! Kizer throws this one in to Torii Hunter for the score putting them up 14-3 against the Panthers with 12:48 left in the first half.

A Notre Dame fumble but the Irish come up with it and this will be a fourth down for Notre Dame.

A big play was overturned by the refs after Peterman threw to Ford for 42 yards. Refs say the ground caused the ball to roll while in Ford's hands. It's ruled and incomplete pass.

INTERCEPTION! The first turnover of the game goes to Notre Dame after Farley intercepts Peterman's pass. Just 4:00 left in the second quarter and Notre Dame leads 14-3.

Notre Dame with a touchdown! Fuller is right there in the end zone for the catch from Kizer that puts the Irish up 21-3 before the half. 1:35 left before halftime.

Coming back from the half, the Panthers score their first touchdown of the game putting the score at 21-10, Notre Dame leads with 11:19 left in the 3rd quarter.

Notre Dame with another touchdown! This puts the Irish up 28-10 in the third quarter with 7:53 left.

Pittsburgh with their second touchdown of the game! The score is now set at 28-17, Notre Dame is still in the lead with just 2:06 left in the 3rd quarter.

Just into the fourth quarter, Notre Dame with another touchdown! Josh Adams takes it in and the Irish are back on top by 18. The score: 35-17 Notre Dame. 12:30 remaining in the game.

The Irish score yet another touchdown against the Panthers giving the Irish 42 points while the Panthers stand at 17 in the fourth quarter. Kizer took this one in himself for his 6th total touchdown in this game. 5:47 remaining.

Pitt with a touchdown in the fourth quarter which puts the Panthers at 24 with 4:44 left in the game. Notre Dame leads with 42 points.

FUMBLE! Pitt picks it up and takes it in for the score. We are winding down to the final minutes of the game; Notre Dame leads 42-30 in the fourth with 1:44 remaining.
