MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Notre Dame running back, Jadarian Price, and his girlfriend were spreading holiday cheer this Friday at the Walmart on Indian Ridge Boulevard through the Salvation Army Tree Program.
The Angel Tree Program ensures that thousands of local children wake up to a magical Christmas morning every year.
"It's great when you have a large fan base and community base here in the South Bend-Mishawaka area, a lot of Notre Dame fans, a lot of people who really are inspired by the thing that you do on and off the field." Said Price. "So, it's great to see that you know your acts are being noticed and really, it's really about the community all together, just being able to get out here and do that."
Price told ABC57 that he is happy to bring joy during the holiday season now that has more free time after the football season concluded.
