Officer shot in Hagar Township at home recovering

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. - The Coloma officer who was shot while responding to a domestic incident on Monday is now recovering at home, according to Michigan State Police.

The officer, identified by a law enforcement source as Drew Wagner, is expected to make a full recovery.

The 40-year-old man who died in the incident is not being identified out of respect to the family.
