Officials warn of flooded roadways in Plymouth and Marshall County

Clyde Avery, the Marshall County Emergency Manager, says roadways in Plymouth and County Roads are already becoming flooded from the heavy rainfall.

At approximately 2:15 p.m. Monday the Plymouth Community School Corporation shared some photos via social media of a vehicle trying to drive through a flooded roadway, urging drivers not to attempt this.

Avery says his main concern is roadways and low area flooding of creeks, ditches, and retention ponds.

Police say if you see a flooded roadway, you should not try to pass through, even if it does not look very deep.
