Olive Street Convenience Store owner due in court

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- It's back to court for an Olive Street Convenience Store owner.
Ebrahim Al Malabeh is expected to plead. The 43-year-old is accused of selling Viagra, synthetic marijuana and other illegal items out of his shop.
He faces three Class D felonies.
