Olive Street Convenience Store owner now in federal custody

























SOUTH BEND, Ind.--We have new information this morning about a South Bend business owner, arrested for illegally selling prescription drugs.


Ebrahim Almalabeh, owner of the Olive Street Convenience Store will be brought back to St. Joseph County to face a judge again next week. Right now he's in federal custody being held by immigration agents. They say he is an undocumented alien. He was arrested early last week after a police raid on his shop.


Officers say they found Viagra and oxycotin in the store. He's facing several charges in connection to selling those drugs.
