Pedestrian hit outside of Linebacker

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Around 1:06 a.m. this morning a call came in regarding a pedestrian who was struck outside of the Linebacker.
Dispatch said there are no injuries to report but witnesses on the scene report that the pedestrian was unconscious and unresponsive.
Almost two years to the exact day another pedestrian, Hannah Turgeon was struck and killed at the same exact spot.
