Pharmacy jobs most equal job for men and women

CAMBRRIDGE, Mass. — According to research by Harvard economists, pharmacy jobs are the most equal job for men and women.

Pharmacy is a fast-growing profession offering a six-figure salary and the pay is nearly equal among women and men.

 Women make up slightly more than 50 percent of all full-time pharmacists.

There is still a small pay gap but the report attributes that to some men working longer hours not to discrimination.
