Police conducting death investigation in South Bend

South Bend Police are conducting a death investigation in the 700 block of South Chapin Street.
Police said a man was found lying outside a food pantry.
The man had identification with him, so police are notifying his family.
Police say it does not appear there was foul play, but the investigation is ongoing.
