Police identify women found dead of suspected overdose

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - Police have identified the women who were found dead in a running vehicle near Oak and Stanton roads in St. Joseph County on Monday morning.

Jennifer Ann Kelley, 30, and Tracy May Burns, 26, both of Walkerton, were pronounced dead at the scene by medics.

Officers found no signs of a crash or trauma.

Burns had been reported missing out of Marshall County at 11 p.m. on Sunday after having been last seen by her boyfriend around 6 p.m.

Police found drugs and paraphernalia in the vehicle at the scene.

Both deaths are still being investigated but a fatal drug overdose is the suspected cause of death for both women.
