Police investigating robbery at Fifth Third Bank

MICHIGAN CITY, Ind. -- Michigan City Police have released surveillance photos of a suspect in the robbery of the Fifth Third Bank on Franklin Street.

The robbery happened just before 2 p.m. on Wednesday.

Police said the man walked into the bank, announced he was robbing it and demanded money from the teller.

He left with an undetermined amount of cash.

There were no injuries.

The suspect was approximately 5'7" tall, with a thin build, and was wearing dark clothing.
