Police respond to stabbing in South Bend

South Bend Police are on the scene of a stabbing in the 4500 block of Linden in South Bend.
According to South Bend Police the victim is a 17-year-old male.
Police say it appears the victim got into a fight with someone he knows.
Police say he has significant stab wounds on the side of his face.
