Police say New Albany woman drowned children before drowning herself

NEW ALBANY, Ind. — Police released the official cause of death of a mom and her two young children Friday. The three were found in a southern Indiana creek.
A jogger found their bodies in a park.
New Albany police say 35-year-old Jaime Clutter drowned her kids and then herself.
Police say she suffered from delusions.
