Paczki Day celebration underway
SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Staff at the Potawatomi Zoo are roaring with excitement over the new Wilma and Peter Veldman Lion Habitat, which officially opened to the public (and the big cats) on Thursday.
After the official ribbon-cutting ceremony for the habitat, the zoo’s new pride of lions emerged to check out their territory.
