President Obama signs new Jobs Act

WAHINGTON, DC -- On Thursday, President Obama signed the new jobs act.
The "Jumpstart Our Business Start-Ups" Bill changes government regulations, so small businesses and start-up companies can raise money faster and go public sooner.
The regulations will be phased in over a 5-year period.
