President Trump addresses stimulus plan, says he won't sign it without changes

WASHINGTON D.C. - In an address to the nation, President Trump has stated that he won't sign the COVID relief bill without seeing changes to it, including increasing the $600 payments to Americans to at least $2,000. 

The President posted a clip of the speech to Twitter.
