Raccoon survives fall from high-rise

KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- A raccoon was rescued after it scaled a tall building in Kalamazoo, Michigan Tuesday.
People gathered to watch as the frightened animal clung to the building.
The fire department used a ladder truck to try to rescue the raccoon but it fell several stories to the ground.
The animal survived and was taken to a rehabilitation center.
It is expected to be okay.
