Spotty storms and breezy, Tuesday
SAINT JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- A few snowflakes fell Monday afternoon across northern St. Joseph County Indiana as some travelers made their way onto the Toll Road.
For the rest of 2024, rain is far more likely to slow you down compared to snow.
Temperatures will remain mild and highs will reach the 40s and 50s heading into the weekend. As a result of the warmer-than-average stretch, major travel delays are not expected this year.
However, there could be some patchy fog to start off Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. A few areas of drizzle or light showers are possible on Christmas as well, especially in areas south of Michiana.
Rain will likely return this weekend but shouldn't be heavy enough to cause concerns for most of the region.
Have a safe holiday season!
