Rain dampens St. Mary's graduation ceremony

SOUTH BEND, Ind. --- Guests at the St. Mary's College graduation ceremony had to endure the rain while watching loved ones graduate.

For one family, the rain was an inconvenience but they were just thankful to see their daughter graduate with a biology degree.

"We are expecting a lot of people to come over.  But with this weather I don't know," Shadrack Mkok said.

The commencement for graduate and professional studies students will be next Sunday.
