A rainy start to Tuesday, with showers decreasing through the afternoon and evening. The clouds clear Wednesday and Thanksgiving day looks fair and not as cold. Temperatures are cold Black Friday and this weekend, as highs struggle to break 40 degrees. Overall there is little weather concern for Travel through the weekend, region-wide.
