Report reveals rampant neglect of veterans

A report claims veterans have been neglected at VA hospitals around the country for years.
The Office of Special Counsel, an independent government agency that protects whistleblowers, sent a scathing report to the White House Monday afternoon.
The OSC is investigating more than 50 whistleblower disclosures involving patient health or safety allegations at the VA nationwide.
