Resurfacing project makes U.S. 421 one lane starting Wednesday

Indiana Department of Transportation announced that US 421 between US 30 and south junction of SR 10 will have construction beginning Wednesday.
The resurfacing project is expected to be completed by October.
INDOT will have flaggers to direct one lane traffic.
