UPDATE: Power restored in St. Joseph Tuesday following large outage

I&M Power UPDATE: According to the I&M Power outage map, all customers in St. Joseph have had power restored as of 12:30 p.m., Tuesday.
I&M attributed the outage to equipment failure.
ST. JOSEPH, Mich. -- The Indiana Michigan Power outage map shows more than 1,000 customers without power in Downtown St. Joseph, including the business district, as of noon Tuesday.
