Rochester Community Schools on two hour delay due to power outage

ROCHESTER, Ind.—Rochester Community Schools will operate on a two hour delay on Monday, November 25.
According to a post to the high school’s Facebook page, the corporation-wide delay is due to a power outage.
According to Duke Energy's power outage map, about 880 people in Rochester are without power on Monday morning. An estimated time of restoration is listed as 9:45 a.m.
