Todd Rokita pledges to self-imposed term limits

INDIANA — Indiana senate candidate Todd Rokita is limiting his time in office before he even gets elected.

The congressman is currently running for the Senate seat held by Joe Donnelly.

Rokita said Wednesday signed a pledge to self-imposed term limits.

Under the pledge, he will not stay in the Senate for more than two terms or 12 years if elected.

It would hold the congressman to three terms.

So far, 50 politicians have signed the pledge.
