San Francisco McDonalds no longer including free Happy Meal toys

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. -- It's a move that could take hold across the country.

McDonalds will no longer include free toys in its kids meals at its restaurants in San Francisco. The move comes as a new city law goes into effect on Thursday.

It bans fast food joints and restaurants from giving toys with kids meals unless they meet certain nutritional standards.

The toys will now cost 10 cents and the money will go to the Ronald McDonald House Charity.
