Semi rollover accident sends one to hospital

LA PORTE COUNTY, Ind. — Medics rushed a truck driver to Memorial Hospital after a rollover crash on the Toll Road early Wednesday morning.
Police said that the accident happened just after 12:30 in La Porte County near mile marker 54.
The driver told police that he was not paying attention. He went into the median and over corrected. He then went across two lanes of traffic and into a ditch and slid into the fence.
