Sheriff's deputy facing allege charges for child pornography

A sheriff's deputy is on the wrong side of the law and is now facing new charges for child porn.

Published reports say 42-year-old David Oldham was arraigned this week on four counts of child exploitation, all class C felonies.

 The new charges were filed just a month after Oldham was arrested on eight counts of class D felony possession of child porn charges.

 Oldham is currently out on cash bond. No word on when he will be back in court.
