Silver Alert declared for a missing Fort Wayne woman

FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared for Sherry Spaulding, a 50-year-old woman, who is missing from Fort Wayne.

Police describe Spaulding as a white woman, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 155 pounds, blonde hair with blue eyes, and last seen wearing a gray t-shirt with an A-1 Bail Bonding logo and black pants.

Police say Spaulding was last seen on Monday at 11 a.m. and is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
