Silver Alert declared for woman missing from South Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – A statewide Silver Alert has been declared for a New Jersey woman who was last seen in South Bend on August 17.
The South Bend Police Department is investigating the disappearance of 28-year-old Shimea Duncan.
Duncan is described as 5’3”, 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen in South Bend at 11 p.m. on Tuesday, August 17.
Duncan is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
