UPDATE: Silver Alert cancelled for Whiteland man Tuesday

WHITELAND, Ind. -- UPDATE: The Silver Alert for Robert Farmer has been cancelled as of Tuesday.

ORIGINAL STORY: The Greenwood Police Department is investigating the disappearance of 38-year-old Robert Farmer who is described as a white male, 5'5" tall, around 135 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. 

He was last seen wearing a black baseball hat, black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, black shoes and driving a red 2004 Jeep Cherokee with Indiana license plate 441EBP.

Farmer is missing from Whiteland, which is 26 miles south of Indianapolis and was last seen on Sunday, Nov. 17, around 7 p.m.

He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
