Slick and snowy start Tuesday; cool, breezy afternoon

This morning you will find lake effect snow on the ground for your drive. Some areas closer to Lake Michigan could have 2-4" of snow, while others will have lower amounts.

Roads could be slick in spots. If you are driving early while snow is still falling, visibility could drop at times.

Lake effect snow tapers off through the morning, leading to a cool, cloudy, and breezy afternoon with temperatures staying in the lower 30s.

Clouds clear overnight, leading to lows in the lower 20s tonight.

Wednesday will be a much nicer day with sunshine and highs in the mid 40s.

Thursday warms near 50, but rain moves in later in the day.

Friday temperatures will fall through the day, with a few more rain showers, turning to a rain/snow mix late.

We will dry out for the weekend, but highs are in the lower 30s both Saturday and Sunday.

Today: AM snow showers, then decreasing clouds. Cold and breezy. High 34.

Tonight: Clear skies and cool. Low 22.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny. High 46.
