Snakes on a Qantas aircraft

Imaging peering outside the window from your airplane seat and seeing a snake clinging on to the wing.
That's what happened on a flight heading to Papua New Guinea.
The nine-foot python hitched a ride and a passenger was able to alert the crew.
The snake didn't survive the flight.
