BENTON HARBOR, Mich. -- The City of Benton Harbor announced it's aware that some residents have yet to receive their water bills.

City officials say this is due to delays between third-party mailer and the postal service

The city is investigating and will share updates as they learn more.

Officials say if you haven’t received your monthly bill, call the Water Payment Center at 269-927-8400, and choose option one for account details.

Payments can also be made anytime on Benton Harbor's website.

City officials added that not receiving a bill does not remove past due penalties or your responsibility to pay.
