SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The South Bend Cubs are expected to see an upgrade to Four Winds Field in the future.
Gov. Holcomb signed Senate Bill 326, which allows tax dollars that have already been set aside to be used for maintenance and upgrades.
The new law would keep $100 million of public funds in South Bend.
