A South Bend man was arrested on charges of dealing a narcotic drug and methamphetamine after Indiana State Police served a search warrant at his residence.
Indiana State Police received a tip from a citizen about drug dealing in St. Joseph County.
The investigation led police to serve a search warrant at an apartment on North Dixie Way in Roseland on Wednesday.
Inside the apartment, police located two handguns, items associated with drug dealing and distribution, cash and plastic bags containing suspected heroin, according to police.
William Pollard, 40, was arrested on preliminary charges of dealing cocaine or a narcotic drug, dealing methamphetamine, possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug, and possession of methamphetamine.
