South Bend man accused of sexual misconduct

SOUTH BEND, Ind.-- A man is in jail, Monday, accused of fondling an 8-year-old girl.
Ray Campos, 32, is facing sexual misconduct charges. Campos was arrested early Sunday morning, police say shortly after the attack happened.
He will be arraigned in court on Tuesday.
