South Bend man sentenced to 11 years in prison for dealing methamphetamine

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The United States Justice Department announced Wednesday that 30-year-old Lincoln Glass, of South Bend, was sentenced to 11 years in prison followed by five years of supervised release after pleading guilty to distribution of methamphetamine.

According to documents in the case, in 2021, Glass sold different types of controlled substances at three different times:

  • September: One pound of methamphetamine
  • November: Fentanyl pills
  • December: Fentanyl pills

In March of 2022, authorities say they recovered a loaded handgun stored with "dealer amounts" of marijuana from Glass’ home.
