South Bend Police investigating domestic incident

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Police Department is investigating a domestic incident that happened around 11:30 p.m. Thursday in the 1300 block of Liston Street.
Police said it started as a domestic incident between a husband and wife. The man was attempting to get a knife away from his wife when he was cut on the hand.
His injury required several stitches.
At some point during the incident, the man allegedly punched his wife, according to police.
Henry Sims, 48, was arrested for battery.
