South Bend police officer accused of violating three women due in court

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – A South Bend police officer accused of violating three women while on duty is scheduled to be in the courtroom for his trial.

Jeffery Chester has been on administrative leave without pay for seven months. Three women came forward claiming he touched them inappropriately when he pulled them over.

Chester is facing two counts of felony official misconduct, and two counts of misdemeanor battery.
